Describe the exact commodity and the measurable basis for review.

State type or variety, process state, grade, measurable limits and any required standard or inspection basis.

Capacity, shipment & price basis

State the offer on a complete unit, period, delivery and validity basis.

State product origin and, where applicable, the producing or processing party.

Include quantity, unit, period and whether the figure is indicative or supported for the proposed window.

State the minimum order quantity with its unit.

State bulk or packed format, net content, material and any label requirement.

State production readiness or shipment window and the basis used.

Include the Incoterm, edition and named port or place.

Include price, currency, price unit, delivery basis and validity date.

Add only information that materially changes the review.
